@WL Study
The Attention and Word Learning (@WL) study aims to better understand how babies’ attention and motor abilities, as well as infant-parent interaction contribute to word learning.
In this study participants and their families visit the lab twice, when participants are 12- and 18-months. This study uses computer-based devices and wearable eye glasses to track eye movements and better understand attention in babies and how coordinated visual attention between parent and child is achieved. During the visits babies will watch videos on a computer, engage in games with researchers, and play with new toys with their caregivers.
Parents will receive compensation for the 12 and 18-month visits.
Please contact us if you are interested in participating in the study.
